Accessibility

We want Hostly to be usable by every restaurant owner, including those who use a keyboard only, a screen reader, larger text, or high-contrast settings. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our working standard.

What we do

• Every form field is labelled, and the whole sign-in and setup flow can be completed with a keyboard alone.
• The app ships a light and a dark theme, and follows your device setting.
• We check colour contrast and focus visibility on the pages a new customer first meets.

Where we are still improving

Accessibility is ongoing, not a finish line. Automated scans catch only a fraction of real barriers, so we rely on people telling us what does not work.
